How it Works

  • We pride ourselves on providing a supportive and collaborative partnership, offering expert guidance, timely insights, and a commitment to transparency.

    Our personalized approach ensures that your books are not just balanced but optimized for strategic decision-making based on financial insight.

  • This includes but is not limited to credit cards, ACH transfers, bill payments and deposit matching, as well as payroll entries. If your practice has multiple locations and/or departments, we’ll ensure each transaction is classified properly.

  • While you’ll still be responsible for forwarding or uploading your documentation, our team will categorize and queue up bills to be paid on a regular schedule. We’ll provide a watchful eye over the inflow of invoices to prevent duplicates, missed payments, and fees for underpaid balances.

  • Our team will automate and streamline income entries, payroll, bank accounts, credit cards, and inventory transactions so that everything flows into QBO for highly efficient, centralized management.

    We’re also available for training and guidance for your team to ensure their day-to-day administration of these platforms is successful.

    Data maintenance in xCare360 is pivotal for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of client care information. We’ve been maintaining data in xCare360 for over a decade. We will bring best practices to your organization.

  • With our systems implemented and teams’ expertise, much of your practice’s busy work can be taken care of without your involvement. Beyond that, we’ll use a shared working document to track and clarify the rest, designed around your preferred communication method and schedule.
