OUR BEGINNINGS…
xCare360 was started twelve years ago by a company of nurse care managers in Orange County, California, who could not find a Health Care Management system built for clinicians with the requirements and sophistication to manage their clients’ healthcare. So, they built one, which has evolved into xCare360 EHR.

Lee-Anne godfrey, BSN, RN, CMC
Founder
During her 30-year nursing career, Lee-Anne has worked with adults in various settings, from acute medical to oncology to hospice. She has also worked as a Case Manager in the health insurance industry, overseeing high-acuity and high-cost cases.
She earned a baccalaureate degree in social work from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in nursing from the University of British Columbia. Lee-Anne is a Care Manager Certified (CMC).
Since 2012, Lee-Anne has been a Founder and owner of RN Health Management, a Nurse Care Management company based in Orange County, CA. This team has provided oversight, navigation, advocacy and coordination of services to hundreds of clients over the years. This care has been enhanced by the powerful tools and technology provided through xCare360.
Lee-Anne believes that education, communication, and collaboration empower clients to make the best decisions for themselves and their well-being.
Derek Godfrey
Founder
Derek has more than 30+ years of experience in enterprise-class technology platform solutions and development roles in companies ranging from Fortune 500 organizations to start-ups.
Since 2014, Derek has been COO & CTO of RN Health Management, a Nurse Care Management company based in Orange County, CA. He is the lead software architect for the cloud EHR platform xCare360.
Derek holds an economics degree from McMaster University and an associate degree in Marketing and Advertising from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology in Ontario, Canada.
